Terms of service

By creating a Blypp account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Blypp on behalf of a company, you're saying you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Blypp provides AI-powered live chat software for websites, including the embeddable widget, the agent dashboard, and supporting APIs. We may add, remove, or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice before removing anything material.

Blypp lets you optionally connect third-party accounts (such as Google / Gmail or Shopify) to power features like the shared email inbox and order lookups. By connecting an account you confirm you're authorized to grant Blypp access to it.

How Blypp accesses and handles data from a connected Google account is set out in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Your use of any connected account also remains subject to that provider's own terms. You can disconnect an account anytime from Settings → Integrations.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don't use Blypp for: spam or unsolicited messaging at scale, illegal activities, harassment, malware distribution, scraping personal data, circumventing security controls, or anything that violates our sub-processors' terms (e.g. Google Gemini's usage policies).

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, especially if they put other customers or our infrastructure at risk.

You own everything you put into Blypp (KB articles, brand assets, conversations, leads). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. We don't claim any ownership over your content.

Pricing is tailored to each merchant's needs and agreed with you directly, not fixed on a public plan. We confirm your fees and billing cycle in writing before you're charged, and give you at least 30 days' notice before any change to your agreed pricing.

Payments are handled manually (for example by invoice or bank transfer). We do not store card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed with you in writing.

Cancel anytime by contacting us. Your account stays active until the end of any period you've paid for. After cancellation we keep your data for 90 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.

Blypp is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. AI replies are generated by a third-party model and may occasionally be wrong; you're responsible for reviewing AI behavior on your own site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blypp's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes get a 30-day email heads-up. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
