Shopify cart-in-chat (MCP)
AI can now search the live catalog, add real items to the visitor's Shopify cart, and surface a Checkout button right in the chat. Works on any Shopify store, no app install. Toggle in Settings → Shopify.
Cart-abandonment broadcasts
New "idle cart" target type in AI Functions. Pick a threshold (default 30 min) and Blypp nudges visitors whose Shopify cart has gone cold.
Proactive trigger messages
Show a custom message bubble above the launcher after a delay, on specific pages or site-wide. Per-visitor dismissal memory in localStorage.
Slash shortcuts in chat input
Agents type / in the inbox to autocomplete saved canned replies. Manage from Settings → Shortcuts.
Live widget preview
Settings → Widget Appearance now renders the actual customer-facing widget in an iframe. Tweak colors, see updates within 250ms. Desktop / Mobile toggle, replay-animation button.
Color palette
14 per-token color overrides (header, bubbles, send button, launcher, links, etc.) with quick-theme presets (Default, Midnight, Mint Fresh, Sunset).
Scheduled broadcasts
Compose once, fire daily/weekly/once via Vercel Cron. Targets: all live visitors or visitors on a specific URL.
Public launch
Blypp is now generally available. AI agent, unified inbox, lead capture, Shopify integration, multi-store / agency mode.
